Are your projects missing that "green sparkle"? Then Green Sparkle is for you!

This project will help you nurture your projects (any projects) to be greener, more sustainable, better versions of their old shelves, on top of training you in project development and management with a sustainability mindset.

A compelling proposal aiming to bring a solid group of active and engaged young people in a journey to better implement their impactful iniciatives at home. A training meant to create value, to bring down ideas and put some action to our thoughts and beliefs. After years of working as young people and alongside young people to create an effect around us, we know small changes can really make a big green difference, if we know what to change and how.

As usual we want to follow a holistic approach. From personal to group development. From theory to practice. From mind to soul. As every Erasmus + considered to be worth it, we will touch on all the non formal education methods that characterize our work: Simulations, games, theatre, improvisation, outdoor learning will take place here to enhance our focus on project development tools, management skills, and real-life sustainability.

If you are an energetic and inquisitive youth worker, volunteer, or young individual between 18 and 35 yeards old, passionate about sustainability, either with an existing project in mind or full of plans and ideas that just need igniting, and have an independent level of english, we encourage you to apply.
